Anyone know anything about these? We have a manhole on the boundary of our front garden (75% in our garden, the rest on the public footpath 
) which belongs to our local power company. Never really noticed it till found workmen in the garden last week!
Is it worth contacting power company for an annual rent, or are we just taking about a couple of quid? And if the manhole isn't fully on our land would this even count?
