Hi everyone,
On of the conditions of my consent order will be legal charge in property that my ex owns. My solicitor said it will cost me £1500 + vat.
I called for quotes from other solicitor and prices vary from £500 to £1000.
Can someone share their experience why the prices are so different and what did they spend on it?
