I live and own the house with my ex partner have 3 year old and 14 year old we are in seperate rooms he works away and comes home on weekends all we do is argue and I have had verbal abuse for years it’s honest got me on the bottom we are going to get house up for sale as I need to get away I hate the children seen the arguments it’s just awful he’s very manipulative and narcissist selling house could take ages what options do I have we arnt married who has right to stay house with kids until sold ? Any advice would be appreciated
