Wording for letter to be notarised

I’m sponsoring an in-law to come and visit us from The Philippines.
I’ve typed a letter with all the correct details required by the consolute but apparently it must be notarised. I have a policeman friend who will do that for me (which according to the help and advise website will suffice) but we don’t know the wording needed.
Can anyone help please?
TIA

What help and advice website do you mean?

To get something notarised you need to see a notary public. A police officer is not a notary public. An NP will know what wording to use.

Thank you

I’ve realised that I didn’t answer your question. It was a classic google search reply. Dangerous huh?
