Do I need to detail my ds' ISA account on Form E?

Due to him being 11, I'm the named adult. I have placed in money (though not in the past 6 months-year) trying to save up for him (future house deposit/uni/whatever) and wouldn't dream of taking any out as it's HIS money, not mine.

If it is clearly a trust account, so that you are actually names as a trustee on the account, then don't mention it as one of your assets.

If you put it in to a normal account in your name with the intention that you hold it for your son, it's a bit different.
