It's looking likely I'm going to be moving from a silver circle firm to a big international company (legal team probably not far off the size of my existing firm). No paperwork signed yet though so trying to distract myself!
To anyone who's made the move, any key tips? What was the hardest thing to adjust to? Are there any behaviours you had to change?
Anyone done the move and regretted it or made the move back to the private sector? If so, why?
Basically, can people please give me some chat to take my mind off the fact that I now won't get paperwork until Monday at the latest and I'm obviously going to spend that time stressed they've changed their minds! 😁
