What type of solicitor do I need?

It’s regarding a dispute over mother’s Care home top up fees and has become very nasty.
I know it sounds silly but have no idea what type of solicitor I need.
It’s a complex situation.
Thanks for a nod in the right direction.

If it involves potential vulnerable elderly people, then someone who specialises in guardianship/mental capacity or similar issues would be a good start. Enable Law are very good - their mental capacity team is excellent: www.enablelaw.com/mental-capacity/

If it's a straightforward contractual dispute with no issues about quality of care or anything then a high street solicitor should be able to advise on a standard contractual dispute.

Thank you. It’s the contractual side.
