Partners ex manipulative behaviour

Hi

Just looking for advice really. I'm recently divorced and my ex and I are extremely amicable and have moved on with new partners.we have 2 children and have always put them first throughout our split - never letting them see the reality of our divorce.

I've now met someone new who is currently divorcing his ex. The reason I'm posting is because his divorce is the opposite of mine. She is refusing to let him see his children unless it's down to her stipulated times. He pays for her 100% mortgage etc she doesn't work she insists on homeschooling

As a mother myself I just can't see how a mother is allowed to stop a willing father from seeing his children?

Any advice would be so so welcome thank you

Stay out of it you dont know what's going on you only have his story maybe he insists the kids are homeschooled but tells you it's her you dont know

As a word of warning my ex was removed from the home for sexually assaulting a minor child he told his girlfriend the child made the report through jealousy and he has a good heart and a kind person he was hell to live with a nasty bastard then and now even now people think I'm wrong and keeping his kids from him he cancels ALL THE TIME then says it's me I'm also "controlling" for collecting them when it was arranged due to him having no car!

He can apply to the courts for access. Has he tried that?
