Need some advice really DWP phoned me and said I have 2 ISA accounts with Halifax and virgin money I don't have any accounts with the above banks .I've contacted the banks and they confirmed I don't have these but can't issue a letter confirming this as I'm not a customer .I've explained this to DWP but it's down to me to prove I don't have these accounts really at a loss as what to do ,I'm a single parent with 3 kids which is hard enough as my daughter is disabled this is causing me untold stress and worry

If they’ve invited you to attend a meeting I would they will have to show you their evidence and then you can go from there

Have you checked your credit report? Does your partner have these accounts? Have DWP got the details correct?

I assume they have sent you a letter calling you for an interview? I would be surprised if they told you that over the phone. The proof of burden is on them to proof that you have the accounts. If you don't have them then there is really nothing to worry about.
