So probate is done and dusted, accounts have been published, and the other beneficiary was paid three weeks ago. We are still waiting, The solicitor first said he didn't have our bank details ( he had) then that he was on annual leave, had a death in the family, and now he says the payment has 'bounced'. We are in Australia, the solicitor is in Ireland. We are ringing them daily as they won't answer emails. Can anyone suggest anything we can do about this? The solicitor has been pretty rubbish throughout, but this is very annoying and worrying!
