My ex is takin me to court for access that he already has ! We been split up a year , together for 10 , although Neva lived together, he stayed once in blue moon , as soon as he met his partner, all his demands came in , I asked him to build it up slow as children hardly new him , I hardly sleeepin over worry of court , as u can imagine he made me out to be a horrible , my interests is just the children and doin it at there space , I have to convince my daughter age 4 to go as she really doesn't want to , I don't no y he takin me to court , he has them every other weekend , my son every wed nite for football and sat for matches , when footba finished he has the children wed nite for tea, I offered a different nite for tea which he ignored me , I'm up against a brick wall , and I'm so scared of goin to court, don't want to lose my children

You won’t lose your children! I imagine they’ll say that the contact he has is adequate and possibly just make it official with a court order. I’ve been to court twice, once initiated by me and once initiated by ex, it’s not as scary as it seems!

What contact has he asked for in the C100 form?

He also just dumped my 12 year old , who she called dad ! He started not takin son to football :-(, it's all about control to him , he wants shared scho holidays , he works full time so I don't c how he can have that much of work , a sleep over on week , but little one has just started school , I think it be to distruptive , every other weekend , but he just keeps lettin them down
