Any recommendations for a firm who could advise a company director about implications of company structure, shareholding clauses and IP transfer? It's a UK holding company. This needs to be independent of advice the company as a whole is receiving from its appointed lawyers. Location is not really a factor as I'll be booking a flight for the consultation.
