Hi, I’ve been waiting for a finding of facts hearing for 18 months now. Last one was adjourned on day due to lack of time. My child’s raised allegations of sexual assault almost 2 years ago and made partial disclosure to SW, disclosure to school safeguarding officer but nothing in police video interview. At the last hearing my ex s defence was that I had coached child to say these things. I’ve just received scheduled of issues from his solicitor and they are now saying that if judge finds child has been sexually abused, to make findings against me and not his client! I’m horrified and feel on verge of a breakdown because of all the worry. It’s even worse now. I can’t understand why he didn’t raise this 6 months ago tho as the hearing should have been back in February. Can he do this now and change the findings from original ones being sought?
