Will query

I've been left an amount of money in a relative's will. Is it usual for the solicitor (who has contacted me) to only attach a small section of the will that refers to this, rather than a copy of the whole will?

It's not particularly unusual, the solicitor is probably hoping to protect the privacy of other beneficiaries. The Will will become publicly available once probate is granted if you want to review it in full.

That makes sense, thank you.
