Giving notice whilst on maternity leave

Can anyone talk me through the above?
My maternity pay stops in October, I’ll be due back in January.
By October I’ll be owed around 24 days holiday, maybe a little less as I won’t have accrued them all.
I may have found another job so I’m wondering how I give notice.
Will I still be paid my owed holidays?

yes you accrue hols on maternity leave

just quit stating your final date (in jan,) you are entitled to your full 12 months
