Land Registry UN1 Form

Has another successfully filled one of these in? (without a conveyancer).
I've just had mine rejected by the Land registry. (I am divorcing my husband who owns another property in his name only....he has disposed of all his other assets and I am concerned if he sells this then I have lost my claim over it).

I put on the form (q 11)

"I am the wife of the registered proprietor and the Applicant in Financial Remedy proceedings in the XXXX Court XXXX-v-XXXXXX Case Number: XXXXX issued consequently upon the breakdown of the marriage between the parties.

Fyi, that what my solicitor wrote on the form (I don't have him anymore, no funds left).

The form was rejected because there wasn't enough evidence of my claim, but the guidance note say evidence isn't needed?

I have expanded my answer, enclose marriage cert (our surnames are not the same) and photocopies of court forms. What else can I do?

Not my jurisdiction but having read the practice guidance notes it states that you have to put the name of the registered proprietor so put in your stbxh full name as it appears on the title in your statement.

Provide evidence of the court proceedings and provide proof of your marriage. Hopefully that will be enough.

You need to send them a copy of your sealed financial remedy application form.

Thanks @redastherose and @Collaborate, I'll give them those as well, hopefully it will get through this time, there's enough admin to do without having to re-do!
