From a court to stop him having access to our DS if my exP is arrested/let off/charged with sexual assault on his niece? All the family know, he knows we know and the niece in question is off to report to the police today. I'm scared he'll try to 'grab' our DS (not that he bothers mich normally) in a moment of madness or something! I'm probably over reacting but really would like any advice or stories if you've had something similar!
