Hi all
H & i separated in November. I have just started seeing someone & told him out of courtsey as we have a ds. Its still early days for us.
He said he wasnt bothered as long as he didnt hurt ds. Great.
However over night hes changed his mind, is now asking if new man & i have had sex so that he can divorce me now & not wait 2 years.
So my question - can he divorce me on these grounds? Would new man & is income/assets have to be involved?
Thanks all

Well technically you are committing adultery so yes, he could divorce you on those grounds. But why does he have to currently wait 2 years?

The sensible thing would be for him to divorce you on the basis of unreasonable behaviour. You can agree some fairly mild allegations with him and get it done quickly. No need to wait two years and no need to involve anyone else.
