So I’m at court in 2 weeks in hope to get my DD’s surname changed to mine. Father has another daughter who is under SS And is no longer allowed access too. Caffcass has called me to discuss my safeguarding concerns and the history of the father towards me, they advised that although I made the application for court and paid that he could raise access issue on the day which they advised wouldn’t be granted as a lot of checks , etc would need to happen first following his actions to his older child.
He pays no maintenance, he’s not tried to fight for access for the whole 17 months she’s been here so how can he just come to court when he’s only there coz I’ve taken action and then demand what access he wants , he’s not going to fight for her because he would of done this off his own back and saying he can’t pay maintenance as he has a solicitor to pay for but is out buying new cars and booking lads holidays! Angers me so much I go to the ends of the earth to provide, love and protect and he can Walze about like it’s gonna be his day he gets what he wants , really hope the judge sees this
