Hi all, just wondered if anyone had experience of a car seat developing a fault? Purchased just over two years ago so just out of warranty - a cybex sirona from the in car safety centre. As of today it will no longer lock into an upright position - it just slips down into the most reclined position.
Obviously for the best part of £400 I was expecting to not have to buy another one for either this child or the next one, but in any case surely it is faulty if this happens after 2 years of moderate use? Any thoughts welcome, thanks
