Need some advice.
I'll try to keep it short.
My ex and I seperately when my daughter was a baby, he obtained a court order for alternate Saturday overnight til Sunday contact. He has since been having our daughter every week.
We got back together but split up around 8 months ago. He has been consistently harassing me since then with drunk, angry messages and threats in the early hours of the morning. I have reported him to police but have asked they do not take it any further at the moment and have told my ex that I've spoken to police and the messages and threats need to stop.
My daughter has been returning from contact saying the below:
'daddy has men living in his house and I do not know who they are'
'daddy took my under a bridge, with men, and we spray painted'
'daddy drinks alot'
'daddy told me to p* off'
'daddy told me what I do with him is private business'
My ex never washes my daughter and feeds her absolute rubbish, he has her sleeping in the same outfit she goes and comes home in. His house is filthy and she does not have any home comforts. This is hard as a mother but there is nothing I can do about it. What she is saying though is a huge concern as I know he drinks alot (practically an alcoholic) and I am particularly concern that when he is drunk and there are men in the house, who is looking after my daughter.
He is not a bad man but he is not meeting the 'normal' parenting standards most people have and with the drink and these men, I am wondering if I stand a chance of getting the court to agree to supervised contact where my daughter would stay with him and his parents house. I know she would be safe there.
