I've just seen a Snapchat story of a man driving with a young child (around 1 year old) sitting in the front passenger seat with no car seat, the adult seat belt was in place but the chest strap was behind his body so basically just a lap belt, he was obviously driving and recording the child on his phone while driving. I only know his first name but his face is clear in the snap and I've screen recorded it. I don't know if it's possible to report him, I've tried google but the operation snap seems to be Wales only. I'm so shocked someone can be so stupid!
