I have been going through court and the final hearing is coming up, up until now I have been representing myself but can I get someone to represent me on the final day?
I am worried about being crossed examined by my ex's solicitor.

Also how much would it cost? Just a ball park figure as I won't to get the funds together before I call round.

Impossible to say. Depends what the case is about, time estimate, how much paperwork to go through to prepare, what level of seniority you want to get etc etc. Get a direct access barrister, bur really you ought to have sorted this out as soon as the hearing date became known as advocates diaries get filled up long in advance.

Ok I'll get on to it Monday, it's a family case and the final hearing is in August.
