I need help! I'm currently going through a domestic abuse situation.
I have moved back to my parents house 2weeks who with my 4year old daughter as instructed by the police due to death threats etc. He told me to remortgage the house as he doesn't want a penny due to me paying for the deposit/mortgage payments etc. He said when he gets the paper that's the day he leaves the property. The mortgage is due for completion but I had an email today from the solicitor to say he has contacted them to refuse to sign his side. What is the best thing to do as it's at completion stage.. would solicitors be the only way?
