Contact Orders???

Basically dp has been to court twice and the final hearing is coming up.
The issue is that both times dp's ex solicitor has added things to the order that were either not discussed in court or against what the judge advised. Such as no gift to be given by dad at all. Dp had emailed the court about this but hasn't received a response again.

My question is when is the order submitted and is my dp meant to see it before it's submitted?
Dp's ex and her legal representative stay in the waiting area talking after they've seen the judge, dp leaves court. Her legal representative at court is very different than the difficult solicitor who he regularly deals with. The legal representative comes to an equal contact plan but a few days later it's not the same contact order that was discussed.

The solicitor must have offered to draft the order, you have to agree it, if not then raise with the judge at the next hearing.

You should wait at court to see a copy of the handwritten court order, don't leave before then.

Thank you for the reply. He waited around both times but was told he should leave as court was over.
I thought this is what had happened.
