Hello I am needing advice or wondering if anyone has been in the same situation. My ex wont give me permission to take my daughter on a family holiday. I am looking to apply for a UK passport for my daughter does anyone know how I can go around this without his permission. We were not married but he is on my daughter birth certificate?
