Non molestation order

I've submitted a non molestation order via email to the courts. It's with the listings team. I'm not sure what this means. Can anyone advise? Am I likely to be waiting a few days, weeks, or months? Court won't give me any more details and I don't want to pester them. Feel like I'm in limbo.

Hearing should be in a few days. You'll have to organise personal service.

You need to contact the listing office and arrange for your chosen process server to collect the papers. There is a limited window in which you must have the papers served.
