C100 processing time

I sent off the C100 forms first class 12 days ago (stupidly didn’t send recorded delivery) and still haven’t had any response. I’m sure in the form it said I should be contacted about payment within 3 working days but still nothing. I’d requested an urgent hearing too so would think I’d at least be contacted to confirm whether or not that was happening...

Is this normal? I’ll phone them this afternoon anyway as my email to them last week also hasn’t been replied to yet but I want to know if I should actually be worried yet or not.

If you need an urgent hearing - which are generally reserved for safeguarding matters - you’re probably best taking it to the court yourself.

MissMalice
Unfortunately that’s not practical as I’ve got no one to watch the toddler, I’d have to take the train and try to fit it in within school hours. They’ve told me to email it instead which I’ve now done so hopefully it’ll reach them this time!

Hey OP

When my ex applied it sat in the court house for 2 weeks and a court date was issued for 6 weeks (8 weeks in total)

Collaborate · 21/05/2019 11:53

You can email applications these days.

paintwater · 21/05/2019 15:50

It never reached them by post so I emailed but they apparently couldn’t open the attachments so now I’ll have to re-print it all and deliver by hand!

What court house OP? Having problems with west London

paintwater · 21/05/2019 20:04

Bishalisha in Gloucestershire, apparently they’re currently processing forms from the start of April so looks like it’s going to take ages!

I’ve had 2 hearings fucked up. One on the day where there wasn’t even magistrates available and a FH adjourned with less than 48 hours notice. £10k worth of barrister fees wasted 😭
