Wall between two properties

Hi

I have a garden wall separating my property from another development. I want to extend my property up to (or replacing) this wall. The land registry does not have a t mark in it. Does anyone know who you'd contact to determine ownership of the wall. A solicitor? Or chartered surveyor? In England if that makes a difference?

You look at the deeds. Not the plan.

I can't see it in the deeds either

Which property was built first? Does the brickwork match one house or the other? What about the other boundary walls?

Our house was built first brickwork matches it.

We don't have any other boundary walls just a garden fence with our neighbours on the other side.
