I desperately need a Shit Hot Lawyer who can sort out the mess made by cohabiting couple (15 years) and who have now split up (3 years and counting). Her name on the mortgage, but he has paid into mortgage + bills + renovation work. Solicitor at present is useless, so need to move to a SHL who will get things moving NOW. Has to be in Surrey for ease of contact.
Please please DM with suggestions. What I need is someone who is brilliant at these cohabiting cases, or may as well stick to useless Solicitor!
