As per my thread on the "Divorce/separation" board, my husband may have to apply to the court for a Specific Issue Order relating to his children. The solicitor he used last time (for a CAO) was OK but not very proactive so he is keen to find another if possible. The case is likely to be heard in Birmingham. Any recommendations?
