Tenants in Common or Joint Tenants

My parents have asked me to check if their property is held as joint tenants or tenants in common. I have downloaded the Title Register from the Land Registry.

Under Section B : Proprietorship Register it says
Title absolute
RESTRICTION: No disposition by a sole proprietor of the land (not being a trust corporation) under which capital money arises
is to be registered except under an order of the registrar or of the Court.

From what I understand and by looking at the date of this entry I think this means that the property was registered as tenants in common from when it was first purchased.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct? My parents are no longer together so it is essential that it is held as tenants in common and if there is any doubt that it isn't then they will need to get this changed.

Thank you for your help
