Hello, I'm considering bringing about a small claims case against an insurance firm which has left around 21,000 policyholders without a valid policy. I understand a number of people have brought about some small claims cases some of which have been successful and some of which have not. Would anyone happen to know how to access the outcomes of a small court claim? I just wonder if these are within the public domaine? I'd be grateful if anyone with this knowledge could enlighten.
