Basically My nearly 3 year old DD needs a first passport but I never changed my name when I married on my passport and when I married my husband at the church we added on to his name so it was jones-smith not just smith not using real name as it’s unsual as it was his grandads surname and mother’s maiden name problematic because his passport is
Smith on her birth certificate it says jones- smith and our marriage certificate but not on either of our what do I do ? Help
