Hi all . Will try make as short as possible. Basically have had full custody of 3 children ( now 7,5 and 3) for 2.5 years . The mother was awarded overnight contact on fridays however in all the 2.5 years it has been on and off and in the last 8 months she has only had the children 3 times and not at all in the past month. Various reasons have been given. i tried to have a talk with her and explained my view that the inconsistancy really is not any good for our children and maybe we should try just for a few hours during day every weekend however she wasnt having it and threatend to get legal advice etc. I was wondering if i can say no to overnights or will this get me in trouble? Fyi the children do not seem affected at all by not seeing her, dont ask about her , are all doing great in school etc. Am i legally bound to the arrangement despite the inconsistancy of it?
