Ex refusing to sell house

Hi can anyone advise. Me and my partner split 2 years ago. We have a house with a joint mortgage and I want to sell. He is refusing to sign the papers for it to go on the market as he will only deal with me. He was very controlling so I really don’t want to see him. My sister took the paperwork to him and he refused to answer the door. Can anyone advise on what to do next please x

You need to apply to the court for an order for sale. See a solicitor to get the ball rolling.
