Ok I live in a semi there is no fence between my neighbour at the front between the houses just a gravel board. Now I already had problems getting out my drive as he parks his lorry right next to it but now he has brought a second caravan and put it right up to the boundary right next to his front hedge . So my visibility getting off my drive is nil now.
Yet if I wanted to put a fence up it would have to be no more than a metre high at that point along the boundary yet his caravan I would say was approx seven foot or more high.
I don’t speak to him due to his behaviour in the past . Can anyone offer any advice please.

A side fence can be 2m high under permitted development rules.

Check yours and your neighbour’s deeds to see if there are any covenants that would prevent parking of a caravan, but in the absence of this, provided it is wholly on their land, there is nothing you can do.
