Divorce paperwork

Is there any real need to keep divorce paperwork apart from the Absolute? I'm thinking of shredding all of mine as I can't see it being any use and certainly wouldn't want my kids going through it if anything happened to me.

I divorced in 2004. Thanks

Keep your consent order too.

I've kept all mine because I had legal aid. I've heard nothing about any charge being put on the house but just in case something appears. Been divorced a similar length of time to you.
