Anyone know about Deed Polls?

The witness has put their signature in the name bit and vice versa. I'm presuming the deed poll is useless now?

No, just 10p library paper.

Mine only had one witness and was on normal paper.

Yes, banks, DVLA, passport, tax credits, benefits, various nhs jobs etc, had an issue with hsbc I think, but just closed my account and carried on with Santander.

It is proper! Ask to speak to a manager, that stuff really annoys me.
