Hi, I'm new here. I'm struggling alone.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? My neighbour is encroached on my property, they took me to court (so I was defendant) and lost. However it was in the small track (my error), and the judge changed and the second one (i was denied a legal rep when mine pulled out late) decided no costs to be awarded at all, each pays their own. Basically punished us both for a "neighbours case".

I appeal, but first you have to get permission to appeal, the court admin made an error, with 50 pages missing in the bundle. The judge knew and carried on, so basically not a fair hearing, he didnt care. I had a rep.

I believe there is no right of appeal if permission is refused. Only a judicial review but I cant find anywhere .... where it says if there is a costs risk, I think there is? Can anyone tell me? :(
