Health and safety at work

I have raised what I believe is a health and safety issue at work, nothing is being done about it, I don't feel comfortable leaving the situation as it is because it could put vulnerable people at risk of injury but if I escalate it i could be putting my job at risk, does anyone have any experience of the HSE?

If its putting people at risk you should mention it again. Write it down in an email to your manager, friendly but concerned- that way at least it'll be recorded

Email your manager and do you have a safety officer. Does it definitely come under hse, you can call them directly or other organisations if people are at risk.

Yes I have experience of reporting to HSE in identical circumstances , probably best to pm me to discuss.

Would also recommend you try to locate your organisations whistleblowing policy (if they have one) and check who you should escalate to before HSE.
