So on advise from MN wise lovely people I’m attempting to claim costs from my ex p for a hearing which is a complete waste of time. I’m a LIP for the first time as was represented up til now.
Ex is asking for me to give him “vouchers” Togo with my schedule of costs which I’ve given him today.
I’ve claimed for 2 days of AL and a few hours prep time to deal with the hearing at the allowed rate of £19 per hour.
Help!!
