Copy probate

I need to get a copy will and probate. I duly made an application through the online service and received an email saying that it was ready for me via their website. I've tried to login to see it, only to have it deny my password. So I tried the lost password facility, under which they're supposed to email me a link to a page to enable me to set a new password, and the email hasn't appeared 48 hours later. I can't find any direct email address or contact number I can use to sort it out.

Does anyone know how I can get round this problem?

Have you checked the email hasn't gone to your junk emails?

If not repeat the lost password request.

I've tried both of those - still nothing.
