Is there anything illegal or wrong with this

My friend took her neighbour to court for harassment injunction
She did not get it and allegedly the neighbour gave the papers to her housing association who then put this on her file
this is nothing to do with the HA

Is there any laws or legalisations broken here by either party?

I think that serious disputes between neighbours is very much the concern of the housing association. Why would you think it isn't?

I would assume the court case was in the public domain. The Housing Association should have been involved with the allegations by your friend and resolution should have been attempted. I don’t think it’s ilegal to inform the landlord. The person giving the info wasn’t convicted. The HA should know about disputes.
