Court listing help

Trying to find a name of somebody who is being seen today for a drink driving offence. Can't find the person on any of the court lists though? Any help?

Court listings at the court near me arent listed till 10 on the morning.

It definitely is today, ok I'll check back at 10. I did try ringing but no joy.
