Hi sorry I'm new, my ex partner took my DD almost two weeks ago, I've applied for mediation but they've informed me that she has not contacted them, now I have told her I'm willing to pay her half of the legal bills and I will give her till Monday to comply but I fear she will not appear and even if I apply for the courts she will fail to appear again. I don't want her to get in trouble or anyone else for that matter I just want access to my beautiful little girl.
