Hi everyone,
I split up with my partner 4 years ago, and we went through all the court process for arrangements and maintenance etc.
I was giving permission to move back to Spain and he stayed in England. He agreed to pay 14 percent of his wage per month to our daughter in maintenance.
Fast forward 4 years, and he hasn't paid a penny and I am having to use remo to try and recover the money owed to our daughter.
My question is,
Has anyone ever used REMO?
What was your experience?
What that happened if the ex was unemployed?
Do the courts and the remo collect all of the arrears? Atm we are talking around 8k
Basically I don't want to have gone through all this process which has taken nearly 2 years to then have my daughters father laugh in our faces again..
