please could someone help. My husband has a solicitor and i don't and they have just sent me their questionnaire.

it is asking lots of questions which then have further questions that i feel are not related at all about payments that i paid out and payments in, questioning about a vehicle that has been on my drive. Asking if I intend to marry.

The list is endless and 1 alone has 31 questions in it.

Do I have to answer everything? Or is it acceptable to state that this is not applicable to the case?

thank you in advance

Assuming you are in the middle of financial remedy proceedings you don't have to answer anything until the court orders you to do so. The usual arguments against replying centre on either relevance, or proportionality.
