Form E do I provide printed copies?

Filling in my Form E as I have a court date next month.
Obviously I will be sending this to my solicitor when completed so it can be exchanged with the other side & also a copy lodged with the court.
My question is, do I print out the form to hand over to my solicitor or send it in an email?
Do I also print out 2 copies of all my 12 months of bank statements etc too, or just email them as pdfs?
I don't want to email my solicitor just to ask this as that will cost me ££, does anyone know what I need to do?

Provided you scan them in high quality pdfs you can just email it to your solicitor. Make sure you keep the original.

Thanks Collaborate I had visions of hours of printing ahead of me! Now it's just hours of scanning Grin

Your solicitor will want you to sign the form E, though. We can sign for the client, but I much prefer not to, in case the client later claims it was incorrect. Can you scan the signed page?

Yes Bert I can drop my signature in as a text box.
