Invoice recovery ROI

Hi All,

I need to recover to some debts (unpaid invoices) from the Republic of Ireland.

I am in England.

I assume that a usual Letter Before Action will not be of any use in this instance.

Could anyone advise how I might go about this please?

Ideally, I'd like to do enough to just get them to pay but I'm getting radio silence at the moment.

I'd appreciate any advice! Thank you.

Do you have a contract? If so, does it say where disputes should be settled? As members of the EU there is mutual recognition of judgements across borders, but I suspect a no-deal Brexit will put paid to that.
